Backstory Emerging
Three main characters. Three Back Stories. Three potential prequels: Two “human” one reptile. Where is our whale? We got dreams, and dreams cost big bucks. We got content, but no bank:

Hell, even the research vessel has a tale to tell. Those details take time to get right. A better storyteller could easily whip up a fact-based homage to Mary Elizabeth Bowser, for whom our facility is named but tonnage yet to be determined.
I, for one, remain enthusiastic. I understand what it takes to go from concept to project. We have not even been on this for a year yet.
Whales are again migrating near the coastline. We could even see them breeching mightily in real time. I never thought I would see that in my lifetime. Why would I not interpret this as a good sign?
Why not begin in Philadelphia? Eating Snapper soup at the Five Star Diner on the boulevard? How far up the Delaware has a whale been spotted anyway?
