Screenplay Writing
Not My Thing
Electionyearing is a far better activity than trench warfare. My Grandfather, James C., went to France during WWI. We were never told this as children. Nor were we told that our mother’s father, Alfred Oscar, served in the US Navy during WWI.
I have had the luxury of avoiding both trench warfare and working in an engine room. Screenplay writing is a diversion. I will not wallow in self-pity for not being able to craft dialogue. I will not wallow in self-pity about anything.
I have the luxury of imagining a galley on an imagined research vessel. I have the luxury of imaging organic noodle factories, and all the steps required to generate enough income to support the infrastructure required to float a fleet of them. I am in imagination heaven.
I can avoid poorly writing dialogue for the duration, which, hopefully, will conclude after this election. I have made it to May with my marbles no less found than they were at the end of December, which has not always been the case.
Welcome aboard RV Bowser, my friends. You can choose your billet on this ship, or where you stand when the action begins. We have enough room for everyone.

Thank you Patris. I would rather think about ships and noodles than the current state of the union.
