The Way to Turtle Island

The 5th C

Screen writing as a respite. Think of that. Folks gathered around imagining. No pressure to accomplish anything. Getting here is all the fun; imagine.

I sit here and take a breath. I know where we are headed. We are headed to Turtle Island. What will we find when RV Bowser gets to shore? I have ideas. Do you?

I sit here and take a breath. I know where I have been. I have seen beaches in a lot of places. I have spent my life concerned about coastal waters, now is my time to enjoy thinking about them, and Turtle Island, our destination.

I am in no hurry to accomplish anything. The RV is doing the doing.

The fifth C is Compassion. I took the picture today in the littoral zone off Island Beach State Park, New Jersey.

Sit there and take a breath. We will all get there yet.
